Ingrid & Adrian’s Wedding

What a windy day!! Oh my gosh, I really thought we were going to be blown out to sea!

Ingrid is from Germany and Adrian from SA. They originally got married in Germany, but decided to have a full second wedding in Cape Town too.

Ingrid and Adrian exchanged vows (again!) at the Holy Trinity Anglican Church in Kalk Bay.

Afterwards, we took a little drive to the harbour for a few shots. It was incredibly windy, and Ingrid’s veil and bouquet almost ended up in the water! They were very brave and even ran down the pier with sea foam flying over their heads, all the while grinning as they ran! Then we made a quick turn at the beach and found an old boat which we used for a few shots too. In spite of the wind, we had loads of fun. It seemed that instead of dampening their enthusiasm during their shoot, the wind actually spurred them on – brilliant, my kinda couple!
